Only items that has minimal use may be returned, unless there has been a
manufacturing defect.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original invoice
and a signed letter stating the reason for the return.
All returned items will be subject to a 10% handling fee, which
will be deducted from your refund. No shipping and handling charges will be
refunded.

Please advise us of the pending return by sending a message on
the Contact Us
page after which you will receive a tracking number.
Items will only be refunded in the case of a valid reason or a
manufacturing defect.
Items will only be exchanged if it is still in its original
packaging and the packaging is still sealed. Shipping costs on the exchanged
items will be for the account of the customer.
